HELLO BHO, GOODBYE MIND

I'm in the mood: and since Jeff Jacoby has inspired me to create parody another song in this historic week of mindless celebration--here goes:

HELLO BHO

(sung to the tune of "Hello, Mary Lou" with apologies to Ricky Nelson and Creedance Clearwater Survival)

You spoke to us one gloomy night
When Kerry/Edwards lost the fight;
And ooohh we wanted you to ease our hate!
Now on the left we're reality-based--
Except when with the facts we're faced,
So though you were a perfectly blank slate,

Chorus:
We said, "Hello BHO
Goodbye Bush
Sweet BHO
We're so in love with you!
We know BHO
We'll never part
So Hello BHO
Goodbye heart."

We watched your lips and heard your voice
believe us we just had no choice
Wild horses couldn't make us vote for Hill
We felt inside those words of Wright;
Bill Ayers understands our plight;
That's all we had to know for us to say,

"Hello BHO
Goodbye Bush
Sweet BHO
We're so in love with you!
We know BHO
You're such a find,
So Hello BHO
Goodbye mind."
